Safety first supervision and Client focused care
Safety First Supervision:
Continuous, vigilant supervision is provided at all times to ensure the safety, protection, and well-being of all youth in accordance with Wisconsin DHS standards.
Client-Focused Care:
All services are individualized and centered on the youth’s unique needs, strengths, and goals to promote stabilization, growth, and successful reintegration.

Restoration & Stabilization
Restoration and Stabilization Services are short-term, intensive, and structured supports designed to assist youth experiencing emotional, behavioral, or mental health crises. These services focus on restoring the youth to a level of functioning that allows them to safely return to their home, school, or community environment while preventing further escalation or need for hospitalization.
Services are trauma-informed, youth-centered, and delivered in a safe, supervised setting by trained staff.

Mentoring
Mentoring services are designed to provide individuals with consistent guidance, support, and skill-building opportunities that promote independence, stability, and personal growth. Through structured and informal interactions, mentoring focuses on helping individuals develop life skills, improve decision-making, and successfully navigate daily challenges.
Mentoring is delivered by trained staff who serve as positive role models and provide encouragement, accountability, and individualized support based on each participant’s needs, goals, and abilities.
